Hadith on Dhikr: Angels praise gatherings to remember Allah

Anas ibn Malik reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “No people gather to remember Allah, only desiring by that His countenance, except that it will be announced for them in the heavens: Stand forgiven! Your bad deeds have been replaced with good deeds!

عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَا مِنْ قَوْمٍ اجْتَمَعُوا يَذْكُرُونَ اللهَ لَا يُرِيدُونَ بِذَلِكَ إِلَّا وَجْهَهُ إِلَّا نَادَاهُمْ مُنَادٍ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ أَنْ قُومُوا مَغْفُورًا لَكُمْ قَدْ بُدِّلَتْ سَيِّئَاتُكُمْ حَسَنَاتٍ
