Hadith on Boycott: The Prophet fears Muslims boycotting each other

Ibn Abbas reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “It is not lawful to boycott for more than three days. If the two meet and one greets the other with peace and receives a response, they will share the reward. If the other refuses to return his greeting, he is free of sin and it backfires against the one boycotting. I fear that if the two die while boycotting each other, they will not be together in Paradise.
