Ali on Hadith: Assume the Prophet is most righteous, guided

Abu Abdur Rahman reported: Ali ibn Abi Talib, may Allah be pleased with him, said, “When I narrate to you a tradition from the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, assume from it that he is the most proper, the most guided, and the most righteous.”
